Kentucky Prosperity Project Receives STAR Award at BIPAC Annual Deployment Partner Meeting in San Antonio

At the conclusion of BIPAC’s 2016 Deployment Partner Meeting on Tuesday, December 6, BIPAC President & CEO Jim Gerlach and Regional Vice President Cathy Mesch presented STAR Achievement Awards to several state partners.
