Employee retention and attraction are key issues employers are facing. The Kentucky Association of Manufacturers’ Wage & Benefits Study can help you tackle these issues. This study is an assessment of the state’s manufacturing jobs and the wages and benefits packages they provide—information that is fundamental to your business’s success.
Manufacturing companies from across the state participate by completing a survey that contains questions about the wage and benefits packages they offer to their employees.
IQS Research, the independent, third-party research firm running this study, produces a statewide report using the information gathered.
Companies that have not participated in the survey in the past can get started by completing a 2022 sign-up form (if your company participated in 2019, 2020, or 2021, the person who filled out the survey last time should have received an email invitation on August 1). The form asks for basic contact information and after submitting, you’ll receive a survey link you can use to participate. Sign up now using our personalized sign-up link:

If you’re not the person who handles wages and benefits information at your company, please share this link with the appropriate person, such as your HR team.
Your response to the Wage & Benefits Survey is completely confidential, which means that when the report is published all data will be aggregated at the state or regional level, and individual responses will not be associated with a single company. Further, if minimum sample sizes are not achieved, then those results will not be shown. Only IQS Research personnel will see individual responses.
Results are scheduled to be released in December. Together, we can all benefit from your company’s participation.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or reach out to Margo Morton, research study coordinator at IQS Research, about the survey process: [email protected] or 502-244-6600.
