Diane Fahrbach joined Anthem Sales in 2012. She is the Wellbeing Solutions Sales Director for Advocacy & Engagement. Diane guides employers in developing multi-year clinical strategies for total population health through advocacy and clinical engagement. Her specific areas of focus include:Population Health ManagementAdvocacy and clinical solutions for whole-person health Innovation and digital engagement
Diane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration. She has 19 years of population health experience, holds a health and life insurance license, and is a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWMP). Diane enjoys yoga, gardening, and hiking with her family.


Julie Miller is the Director of Sales and Marketing for BluMine Health, serving Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Ohio. Since 2015, she has educated companies on the value of on-site and shared-site clinics that provide primary care, wellness, OCC med assessment, pharmacy savings, and pre-employment screening for employer groups. Her goal is to provide healthcare as it should be – affordable, accessible, and based on a relationship between you and BluMine’s medical staff, unchained to insurance companies empowering members to make informed decisions about their care.
Previously, Julie served for more than 20 years in Sales & Leadership roles for the talent acquisition and insurance industries.  She has conducted Section 125 enrollments and provided guidance on supplemental benefits. She has had the opportunity to staff 200+ seat call centers, manufacturing plants in the food & beverage industry, distribution centers for internet retailers, and enough suppliers to the automotive industry to build a vehicle. 


Andrea Ooten is the Executive Director of the American Heart Association, Central and Eastern Kentucky. She is a non-profit leader working to combat heart disease and stroke throughout our community, state, and country. She is proud to be a part of an organization that has been recognized as “A Best Nonprofit to Work For” by the Nonprofit Times since 2010. Prior to her work at AHA, Andrea has been a part of additional community organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Living Arts & Science Center, Bluegrass Community & Technical College, and the Lexington Philharmonic. Her hope is to help improve the lives of Kentuckians through my work and partnership with other community leaders.
