Caroline Scott joined the KAM team following nearly eight years as Director of Marketing for a multi-state pediatric therapy practice, where she played a key role in the organization’s rapid growth through strategic branding, media, networking, and events.
Prior to her marketing career, Caroline spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry, managing Louisville Athletic Club locations and working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She and her husband, Bob, were instrumental in expanding the LAC brand across the Louisville area.
With nearly 20 years of media experience, Caroline has co-hosted a variety of television and radio programs. She currently co-hosts Jim and Caroline in the Morning on 88.5 WJIE, Louisville’s largest Christian radio station.
Originally from Mt. Sterling, KY, Caroline earned her BS in Public Health with honors from the University of the Cumberlands, where she captained the swim team and managed the football team. Caroline lives in Shelbyville, KY, with her husband. They have four children and enjoy sports, family time, church involvement, and beach trips.
